Our cells are mainly supplied by SAMSUNG, LG, LISHEN and other well-known brands,therefore,our products with high quality and safe. Our cells mainly includes 3.85V high pressure lithium cobalt cell, 3.7V lithium cobalt cell, 3.63V ternary lithium cell, 3.2V lithium iron phosphate cell. Their shapes are cylindrical, square and irregular and operating temperature in normal temperature -20 ~ 65℃, high temperature -20 ~ 80℃, low temperature -40 ~ 65℃ and wide temperature -40 ~ 80℃.

There are three uses of lithium battery: new energy vehicles, energy storage and consumer electronics. Our company does not produce lithium battery for new energy automobile, but we can produce lithium battery for other uses. Lithium cobaltate is the first generation of commercial cathode material, which has been gradually modified and improved in the decades of development. It can be considered as the most mature cathode material for lithium ion battery. Lithium cobalt oxide has the advantages of high discharge platform, high specific capacity, good cycling performance, simple synthesis process and so on. Lithium cobalt oxide has a place in smaller battery, where bulk density is more important. Lithium cobaltate is still the best choice for small lithium battery.

Lithium iron phosphate is one of the cathode materials that attracts wide attention at present. Its main characteristics are free of harmful elements, low cost, good safety, and cycle life up to 10,000 times. These characteristics make lithium iron phosphate material quickly become a research hotspot, and lithium iron phosphate battery have been widely used in the field of electric vehicles.

Ternary material is the common name of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide with a very similar structure to lithium cobalt acid. This material can be balanced and regulated in terms of specific energy, recycling, safety and cost. The increase of nickel content will increase the material capacity, but will make the cycle performance worse. The presence of cobalt can make the structure of the material more stable, but the high content will reduce the capacity. The presence of manganese can reduce the cost and improve the safety performance, but the high content will destroy the layered structure of the material. Therefore, it is the focus of ternary material research and development to find the proportional relationship between the three materials to optimize the comprehensive performance.

In general, lithium cobalt acid is suitable for small lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery is safe, long life, high temperature resistance. Ternary lithium battery is light in weight, high in charging efficiency, low temperature resistance, so they all have their own characteristics.

Our products are divided into aluminum shell lithium battery, steel shell lithium battery and soft pack lithium battery by outer packing material.

As the soft pack lithium battery uses aluminum-plastic film packaging, the soft pack lithium battery generally will not explode in the case of safety risks, only bulge or crack. About 20% lighter than aluminum shell battery, and about 5~10% higher capacity than aluminum shell battery. In addition, soft pack lithium battery have low internal resistance and longer cycle life, more suitable for portable , require high space or thickness applications, such as 3C consumer electronics.

Aluminum shell lithium battery has high specific strength, specific modulus, fracture toughness, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance stability. Aluminum alloy material low density characteristics, non-magnetic, stable alloy at low temperature than the magnetic field resistance is small, good air tightness and the induced radiation decays rapidly, so it has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, high-speed trains, machinery manufacturing, transportation and chemical industry.

The physical stability and pressure resistance of steel lithium battery is much higher than that of aluminum shell material battery.
